Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design /Communications Design or equivalent experience.
● Deep understanding of digital delivery strategies and trends and a passion for marketing, branding and sales.
● Minimum of 5 years experience. Design agency/studio, marketing and sales or related role in corporate/professional services preferred.
● Proven ability to deliver unexpected digital design strategies and concepts which lead to successful design solutions.
● Experience in maintaining and implementing brand guidelines.
● Experience in project management and planning.
● Proven ability to work well with individuals at all levels within an organization.
● Effective problem resolution and conflict management experience.
● Outstanding attention to detail.
● Strong knowledge of typography.
● Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. (PC platform).
● Working knowledge (or familiarity) in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
● Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) preferred, but not required.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
● Portfolio of work required for consideration.
Summary Description:
The Candidate is a member of the Valuation practice, a client-focused team within the company’s Deals platform. The Candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to consult on and develop digital and other graphic design collaterals and/or individual graphical elements to be integrated into client deliverables, internal reports and other team materials such as proposals, marketing content, dashboards, publications and financial models. The responsibilities also include owning a project from conceptualization through completion/production and managing several projects at the same time.

The Candidate will have deep knowledge of leading design principles and the ability to create professional and stylized visuals that are tailored to the needs of each engagement and aligned consistently with the company’s brand. He/she will specialize in one or more of the following areas of design: infographics, data visualization, publications, advertising, user experience and proposals. The Candidate will help cultivate a design style that can be applied consistently across various documents and reports. He/she will also help review projects and strategize about opportunities to enhance their visual presentation and make sure they are fully-branded and thematically consistent.

The Candidate will play an integral role in driving the strategic direction of creative design, design management for the Valuation practice. This individual will report directly to the Modeling Team Lead, and work collaboratively with Valuation Account Managers across the deals platform (non-designers). Graphics and visuals will be developed by the Candidate for use across various purposes, including financial report valuation, tax valuation, strategic value consulting, and financial modeling and data visualization services.
Strategic & Technical Orientation: 
The Candidate will work collaboratively with the Valuation team and Deals leadership throughout the conceptualization and implementation of graphic design decisions (e.g. visually stimulating, clean and white space driven design). He/she will bring a strong perspective and creative solutions to design discussions. The candidate will regularly engage with non-designers delivering a consistent and differentiated customer experience.

The Candidate will work closely with Valuation Account Managers to prioritize concurrent workstreams, establish a quality control process, and optimize bandwidth to meet deadlines. They will have the ability to translate the needs of team members to practical solutions, and think commercially within professional service engagements. They will have a deep working knowledge of state-of-the-art design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), as well as strong skills in the tools common to this company (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is preferred, but not required.

Scope of responsibility: 
The Candidate will manage the daily activity of incoming projects, and where appropriate they will be involved in developing creative briefs for projects and working to make sure objectives/goals of the brief are met on time. He/she will consult and brainstorm with staff to develop innovative ideas and concepts executable through design and within the Firm’s brand, and will be able to bring their own unique design perspectives and solutions to enhance the vision of the project team.
