Job Description
Regulatory Security Analyst
Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting security reviews and recommending security policies and programs designed to protect the firm's people and assets. This includes managing the firm's pre-employment and Partner screening programs and the travel security and emergency evacuation programs, as well as providing investigative support for the Firm's client acceptance and client continuance processes, the Office of General Counsel, the Ethics Committee, and local offices.

Skills Required:
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree or 2 years’ experience in Federal Security
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: Security management and government related policies and regulations, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)/ICD policies, DCIDS (Director of Central Intelligence Directives), JPAS (Joint Personnel Adjudication System), COMSEC (Communications Security Guidelines), NSA (National Security Agency), Security classification guides, SPP, SSP, and e-QIP.

  • Build effective relationships with clients and identify and address client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with various audiences and all levels of the organization both verbally and through written communications.
  • Communicate with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information
  • Be responsive, customer focused, and possess the qualities of diplomacy, tact, excellent judgment, discretion, and initiative.
  • Manage time, demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
  • Communicate potential conflicts to a supervisor.
  • Take independent action, analyze problems and provide focused solutions
  • Negotiate and mediate with Government officials, Partners, and or staff for assigned engagements
  • Develop an awareness of firm services
  • Review contracts and proposals.
  • Educate proposal and engagement teams on security requirements
  • Deliver security awareness training
  • Assist with investigations and incident responses
  • Assist teams in developing engagement security plans
  • Interact with government security representatives or policy offices.
  • Liaise with Partner, client and engagement team
  • Clearance:  Secret preferred but not required
