Job Description This role exists to support our client’s global Data Platform Central Support function and includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Work with and support the Data Platform Central Support Change Management Communications Lead in the adoption of Data Platform across our global network and the execution of our Data Platform change / communications strategy.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to assist in identifying new Data Platform use cases and opportunities for sharing good news/success stories.
Create video content to support campaigns - may involve working with our Service Delivery Centers (SDCs) to design and produce content; producing low budget videos using Google Meet/Microsoft Teams and editing software; or creating instructional walk-through videos of our platforms/applications.
Prepare and deliver high quality internal marketing collateral and stakeholder communications using various digital channels that can help drive adoption of our Data Platform across the network.
Work collaboratively with members of the Central Support and wider Data Platform team (including our regional Hubs), creating a sense of professional community and participating in cross-team projects.
Proactively manage communication requests and expectations coming from our regional Hubs
Keep our Winning with Workbench (WwW) Google site and relevant Google Currents communities’ content fresh and up to date, ensuring we maintain a consistent WwW brand identity across all channels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distil complex information and tailor messages to suit target audiences.
Project management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and drive projects (autonomously or collaborating cross-functionally).

Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or business-related field.
Minimum three years’ experience in an internal communication, change or marketing role within a digital or technology environment.
Experience sourcing and writing/producing online content for an internal or public audience (e.g., web copy, videos, instructional guides).
Experience in managing change programs, including stakeholder management and communications to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support.
