DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS
The objective of this task is to provide integrated system sustainment enhancement and infrastructure upgrade support services for the entire Navy ERP environment to include the principle Systems Applications and Products (SAP) ERP Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supplier Management
Relationship (SRM), and Business Objects Enterprise (BOE), Projects, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Access Enforcer, Application Violation Management (AVM), Central User Administration (CUA), Document Management System (DMS), DocBuilder, SAP Solution Manager and Global Templates, SAP Portals and other system tools in accordance with Process Improvement, Reengineering, Management and Data Support Services Two (PIRMDS2) Performance Work Statements.
This task order is intended to be a framework for the steady delivery of future items that includes Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Design Changes, Audit and other Regulatory Compliance work and Quality Center Items (QCIs). All such work will be based on business needs that includes responsive support to the Funding sponsor request for changes in priority, scope and technical feasibility.

Functional Responsibility: The Senior ABAP/RICE Developer serves as the principal technical expert on complex and challenging information technology projects. The Senior ABAP/RICE Developer may be assigned as team leader on tasks of various technical disciplines or may work alone or as part of a team of ABAP/RICE Developers, with responsibility for design and development of computer software applications and/or database systems, evaluation of computer hardware and software, planning for communications and information requirements, system test, and system security. The Senior ABAP/RICE Developer provides consulting during early planning and conceptual stages of large, complex projects. The Senior ABAP/RICE Developer may participate in any phase of major projects from problem definition through problem resolution, and from feasibility analysis through project implementation. The Senior ABAP/RICE Developer frequently supports several tasks concurrently and evaluates problems of work-flow, organization, and planning, and develops appropriate corrective actions and prepares and performs presentations at technical interchange meetings and project design reviews. The Senior ABAP/RICE Developer reports orally and in writing to the Program Manager, Project Manager, contractor management, and government representatives. In the absence of the Program Manager or Project Manager, the Senior ABAP/RICE Developer may serve as the Contractor's authorized interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative/Technical Representative (COR/COTR), government management personnel, and agency representatives.
Required skills/Level of Experience per the LCAT :
Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years of technical and strategic experience of increasing responsibility providing software engineering, planning, design, analysis, and developing complex software models and applications across multiple hardware and software platforms. Demonstrates ability to work independently based on the strategic plan or under general direction. Must be able to effectively employ contemporary project management tools and serve as team consultant.
Must have SAP FIORI skills in Html5, SAPUI5 and tile setup/configuration and customization for ESS/MSS experience and prefer Access Enforcer experience, also.
Minimum Education: Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. An additional 4 years of SAP ABAP or equivalent COTS experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Additional Skills not include in included in the LCAT:
Configuration experience required. Experience in business processes relevant to Navy ERP in SAP is desired.
