DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS
The objective of this task is to provide integrated system sustainment enhancement and infrastructure upgrade support services for the entire Navy ERP environment to include the principle Systems Applications and Products (SAP) ERP Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supplier Management, Relationship (SRM), and Business Objects Enterprise (BOE), Projects, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Access Enforcer, Application Violation Management (AVM), Central User Administration (CUA), Document Management System (DMS), DocBuilder, SAP Solution Manager and Global Templates, SAP Portals and other system tools in accordance with Process Improvement, Reengineering, Management and Data Support Services Two (PIRMDS2) Performance Work Statements.
This task order is intended to be a framework for the steady delivery of future items that includes Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Design Changes, Audit and other Regulatory Compliance work and Quality Center Items (QCIs). All such work will be based on business needs that includes responsive support to the Funding sponsor request for changes in priority, scope and technical feasibility.
Functional Responsibility: Cutover Manager will provide leadership to the members of the cutover team while working with the other technical managers and senior management. Responsibilities are leadership to the cutover team, estimating Change requests for Change Control Board review & approval, working with program analyst and business management team on Integrated Master Schedule, developing and reviewing variance report, participating in compliance audits and other related activities and supporting other teams (fielding, implementation and sustainment).
Required skills/Level of Experience per the LCAT :
Minimum/General Experience: More than 10 years of ERP Project Management experience in large organizations. Planned and managed at least 2 or 3 complex ERP Cutovers involving multiple applications, business processes.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or related experience. An additional four years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Additional Skills not include in included in the LCAT:
Configuration experience required. Experience in business processes relevant to Navy ERP in SAP is desired.
