DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS
The objective of this task is to provide integrated system sustainment enhancement and infrastructure upgrade support services for the entire Navy ERP environment to include the principle Systems Applications and Products (SAP) ERP Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supplier Management, Relationship (SRM), and Business Objects Enterprise (BOE), Projects, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Access Enforcer, Application Violation Management (AVM), Central User Administration (CUA), Document Management System (DMS), DocBuilder, SAP Solution Manager and Global Templates, SAP Portals and other system tools in accordance with Process Improvement, Reengineering, Management and Data Support Services Two (PIRMDS2) Performance Work Statements.
This task order is intended to be a framework for the steady delivery of future items that includes Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Design Changes, Audit and other Regulatory Compliance work and Quality Center Items (QCIs). All such work will be based on business needs that includes responsive support to the Funding sponsor request for changes in priority, scope and technical feasibility.
Functional Responsibility: Provide expertise and guidance on the overall SAP Technology Infrastructure as it relates to IT and business strategies. Evaluate, develop, and maintain SAP infrastructure roadmap to reduce overall complexity and increase cost efficiency. Maintain expertise in the area of SAP architecture including industry trends, strategies, and products to ensure corporate assets are optimized.
Required skills/Level of Experience per the LCAT :
Minimum/General Experience: Eight years experience in SAP or other ERP equivalent COTS. Thorough knowledge in SAP Infrastructure with emphasis on SAP Basis, Security, Change management, SAP Integration technologies, Development Workbench, Memory management, and Workload management within SAP CCMS. Well-versed with SAP Data Dictionary, SAP Solution Manager, Transport management and Oracle physical design for SAP. Knowledgeable with the HP-UX UNIX, Oracle RDBMS and Windows 2000 and 2003 platforms. Knowledgeable in Web Infrastructure, SAP Integration Layers and NetWeaver Architecture. Experience in SAP Sizing, Workload characterization and Capacity Planning. Strong communication skills both oral and written, with all levels of the organization. Excellent teamwork skills, including working with internal and external departments and organizations; Experience with virtual, cross-functional teams with track record of delivering results.
Functional Responsibility: Please see Position Description above. In addition, Fiori HR implementation experience is required. Must be familiar with SAP ESS/MSS functionality and be able to develop a roadmap from ESS/MSS to FIORI. Must have understanding of FIORI development and customization techniques. Federal experience is required.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. An additional four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.

Configuration experience required. Experience in business processes relevant to Navy ERP in SAP is desired.
