Project Description:
The objective of this task order is to execute the Plan & Analyze assessment of the approach, verification of requirements matrix and timelines necessary to enable the DON to migrate all business operations to a modernized DON Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to function as the single enterprise General Ledger (GL), per ASN (FM&C) Memos Designation of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning System as the Accountable Property System of Record, 30 JAN 2020 and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Requirements Management Process, 7 FEB 2019. In conjunction with the general ledger and accounting system migration, all APSRs are to migrate to DON ERP.
Position Description:
This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP’s SAP requirements and design as well as SAP configuration and deployment expertise. This position requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas especially the IM/WM modules. Required experience includes designing/configuring business processes in SAP IM/WM.

Required skills/Level of Experience per the LCAT :
Minimum/General Experience: Twelve years applied experience in specific area of expertise including functional experience with relevant processes in SAP or other Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS)/ERP systems to match the Performance Work Statement requirements.
Functional Responsibility:  Performs analytic work in support of systems engineering or planning activities, including the development of preliminary and detailed functional analysis required for ERP systems. Subject matter functional expertise provided includes areas such as inventory management, supply, provisioning, maintenance, transportation, personnel, financial management, and administration. Introduces innovative approaches and methodologies for processes and support systems. May provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel.
Required Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree
Must have DLA, DoD, or Navy experience.  Must have extended warehouse management (EWM) implementation experience. Must have configuration experience.

Additional Skills not include in included in the LCAT:
Configuration experience required.  Experience in business processes relevant to Navy ERP in SAP IM or MM is desired.
